TRM training

Rescuing critical patients is the most urgent clinical situation, and it must include professional knowledge, clinical skills, and non-clinical skills. The so-called non-clinical non-related skills refer to Crisis Resource Management (CRM). Dr.Gaba first emphasized the importance of CRM and its important conditions: Leadership, problem solving, situational awareness, and communication. The Emergency Department has been promoting TRM (Team Resource Management) since the Republic of China in 1998, that is, teamwork education and training. This teaching plan is aimed at all clinical workers. The purpose is to use simulated patients to enhance the importance of teamwork, even with considerable clinical experience. Or, in first aid situations also need to be able to work with the whole team.
